St Leonards Square consists of 2 residential towers of 535 apartments and 1 commercial podium. Van der Meer Consulting were engaged to undertake pre-construction, pre-commencement and post-excavation dilapidation reports of surrounding council assets and adjoining properties. We were also engaged to conduct CCTV public drainage infrastructure reports. St Leonards Square is located opposite Pacific Highway, a major transport route connecting the central coast to the inner city.

St Leonards Square is currently under construction, upon completion van der Meer Consulting will proceed with post-construction dilapidation reports of surrounding council assets, adjoining properties and surrounding CCTV public drainage infrastructure.
