Located in the heart of Sydney CBD is Arc on Clarence Street, a 25-storey development including 148 residential apartments 73 serviced hotel apartments and five star luxury amenities. Arc combines modern design with heritage inspired masonry and is a sleek addition to Sydney’s skyline.

van der Meer consulting were engaged to undertake structural and civil engineering design from preliminary to construction phase. Arc is unique in every sense, especially when talking about the structural steel arches. Arc consists of 51 custom designed steel arches weighing over 95 tonnes. The arches were assembled and installed on site during the construction phase.
