Van der Meer prepared the structural design and documentation for the V by Crown project. Van der Meer also prepared civil documentation. The structural works were carried out by Stephen Paget and the civil works were carried out by Rod Burrough.

In order to preserve the historical aspect of this site, a five stage excavation methodology was devised and completed throughout construction. As this project reaches completion, excavated artefacts will be catalogued and displayed for the community to view.
