Van der Meer were engaged to provide structural design and documentation for re-adapted aspects of the former South Sydney Hospital. Van der Meer were engaged through preliminary to construction phase and were pleased to help open the precinct to the public in 2018.

Van der Meer performed structural condition investigations and provided remediation services, including slab condition assessments, roof rectifications and slab strengthening assessments.
